LGBTQIA+

As a queer-allied therapist and someone who spends a lot of time interacting with the queer community both professionally and personally, I believe it’s incredibly important to offer a safe space for queer identifying individuals. Although I am not personally a part of the queer community, I am informed about common threats and issues that place queer individuals at higher risk for mental health issues when compared to cisgender-heterosexual individuals. Our sessions are a place to freely discuss all topics including questioning your sexuality, injustice and discrimination, family of origin, and many others. I want to hear your story and validate who you are while pushing you to grow in whatever aspects you may need some help.
